Hi everyone, last week I've upgraded Spectrum at my customer from version 8.1 H19 to 9.1. Spectrum is installed on 3 Windows 2003 servers in FT environment: primary SS, secondary SS and OC. On OC server Report Manager is installed. I've also upgraded RM and BOXI and installation went well. After the upgrade I've tried to generate some reports in RM but it failed. Notice that I was able to successfully log in to RM. Now when I try to log in to RM HTTP error 500 exception is shown.
I've searched through Knowledge Base and found case TS31771 which says RM won't work without PTF patch. As I've already done the upgrade, what can be done?
