OK, then it is very easy to achieve:

1.      create 3 new Services each has one of the processes as resource
2.      create an other Service which will has the 3 Services created in  
Step 1 as Resources
3.      define in the Service Policy, when all Ressources are down the  
Service is down, when any 1 Resource is down the Service is slightly  
degraded or whatever is convenient for you

Make shure you have enabled Service alarming...

That's it..
