I'm going through the Spectrum 9 admin guides for Event Configurations.
Maybe I'm overlooking something simple.

I have a server where I have a script that send over SNMP traps to my
spectrum server. Obviously since there is not an out of the box Spectrum
event/rule already, they show up under the VNM model as a raw SNMP trap.
Here is an example:

Event : Trap 6.1073748860 received from unknown SNMP device with IP
address 172.19.55.113 and community string 'public'. Trap identifier
1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.13.1.23.83.101.114.118.105.99.101.32.67.111.110.116.11
4.111.108.32.77.97.110.97.103.101.114.

             Trap var bind data:

             OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.13.1.9999.1.0 Value: The
Advantage Data Transformer Web Server service entered the stopped state.

             OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.13.1.9999.2.0 Value: Unknown

             OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.13.1.9999.3.0 Value: TX1TESTSPC09

             OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.13.1.9999.4.0 Value: 4

             OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.13.1.9999.5.0 Value: 0

             OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.13.1.9999.6.0 Value: Advantage
Data Transformer Web Server

             OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.13.1.9999.7.0 Value: stopped

So how do I get this raw SNMP data converted to a Spectrum Alert that is
critical? What are the steps? Any assistance would be greatly
appreciated.
