Hi everyone,

I've got an issue with Spectrum Report Manager (v9.1). When I try to
generate report the following message is displayed:

*Operation was not successful.

Possible exception occurred. Check system log. *

*Message:com/aprisma/util/DateTimeUtils *

Has anyone encountered this kind of problem? Any advice is appreciated.



Check the machine's Regional Settings (if it's a Windows one) and make sure you have English set as default for all acounts. Restart Spectrum OC and try again.
