I just purchased the VPN MPLS management option for Spectrum 9x on Windows 2003. CA support mentioned that I had to run the original 9.0 base install again, add the new product key to unlock the new software, then apply the latest release on the Spectro server. Is this the only way? Now I have to worry about customizations and other files that may revert back to their original state.
