Hi Spectrum Gurus, Omar, I have made some investigations few monts ago about this, and the only thing I found to monitor QoS or QoE with CA NVM suite is the "*eHealth Psytechnics integration module*". Look for it in the support.concord.comwebsite, if you don't have access to it, let me know and I can send you some manuals about this topic.
