Hi Aus
that is not exactly what I was looking for. That search will only find a mac
address that is modelled in Spectrum.

Thanks to Joe Ackley and Jerome Papazian the answer is to use the Host Finder
search under the Devices folder in the Locater tab. There is a Mac Address
option in there and that will tell which port the mac address has been heard on.

Regards, John

It's there. Just navigate to: Locator à Ports à By Mac Address

In Spectrum 8.1 Search Manager there was a predefined search entitled
"MAC Address with Port Information". In previous versions of Spectrum this was
available as the Mac Address Locator Tool (MALT)

I can't find anything to do this in the OneClick Locater tab in 9.x.

Does anyone know has it been replaced or deprecated?

        Regards, John
