Hi, I think it's ok_to_poll (0x11dd8) - If set to true, SPECTRUM polls the interface, which seems to reflect the "Live" link status. It toggles to "no" when I disable the live link connected to an interface.
Keep in mind that, for each live link, there are two interface models having it set to "true"; so your total number of live links is half of your result.
