Hi All, Anyone working with Insight DPM Agent for MSSQL-Server? We have been busy managing the Traps from this agent. Almost 15-16 different Alarms (so far...) and most of them with 1500+ occurences each for everyday and it seems we never got the Clear Alarm Traps.
They came from "iddmodSetAlarmTrap"; Some Varbinds just carry Alarm Type ="other" and Alarm Description="other:xxx:###". Spectrum parsing the Text from the Traps for this Set Alarm. Is there any documentation explain on how actually Insight DPM Agent sending those traps? Is it using Log-parsing and send them as Trap, too ? Appreciate for sharing about this. Thank you.
