I have 2 questions I'm sure the group can answer:
1. I'm wondering if when an alert is say critical, and a device is down, can you pass other model attributes such as the Notes model attribute as part of the alarm? 2. Also I know for an Alarm code you can edit the Probable cause, recommended actions, etc... But can you edit the Probable Cause, Symptoms, and the recommended actions for a the model itself? So for example, I have a router that goes down, the alarm is DEVICE HAS STOPPED RESPONDING TO POLLS, if I edit the probable cause info, it's edited for every alarm by the event or cause code. I want to pass specific info for this router that is unique on how to handle the escalation, or maybe a specific contact to call. Can this be done?
