I have just downloaded SpecTools and Ruby. Installed Ruby and tried to install SpecTool - all I get is this error: C:\Ruby>gem install spectools ERROR: http://gems.rubyforge.org/ does not appear to be a repository ERROR: could not find gem spectools locally or in a repository Can anyone help with this please?
