Ok, I created a new NCM family for capturing Cisco IOS configs for certain devices. After going through the devices that met my criteria I right clicked on the models and selected "Add to Device Family", great. Then I noticed that my new family does not have SNMP/FTP under "Default Communication Mode" as an option. Also I cannot figure out how to put the devices back to the Cisco IOS Family? Is this a bug?
