sorry for the missing information: MTE is contained in an add-on
called "level 1 customization toolkit" - with no warranty for the name
;-)

If you've purchased this add-on documentation can be found in #0659
(same doc-# for 7.1, 8.x, 9.x).

Should MTE not be available at your site we've to think about your
problem once more...
