Hello group, Brad:

This is a duration parameter, let's have the following example: CPU
Threshold 98, Clear Threshold 75, duration 300 seconds

If during the 300 seconds evaluation, the CPU is sustainly over 98%
utilization Spectrum will generate an alarm, then, once the alarm is
generated and, in the next evaluation the CPU value drops below 75%
utilization Spectrum will clear the alarm.
