Hi All, Just an update, on a previously posed question. There were no answers to my query, so I presented it to support. Below, was their response:
Global Product Support who had confirmed that there is no workaround for this. The troubleshooters are models that are created in the SSdb and when the troubleshooter is created, the landscapes need to be selected. There is no synchronization that is done. There is no export of the models and import to another server. Hence, if you want to pursue support, an enhancement request is needed. So in a nutshell if the SS doesn't exist at the time of creation of the trouble shooters, then you are SOL. You will have to manually add each one of them back in again to the newly added Distributed SS. In our case that's about a hundred along with all the contact information. :-( Patrick ________________________________ From: Murtey, Patrick Sent: Wednesday, September 30, 2009 1:25 PM To: spectrum Subject: [spectrum] Troubleshooters Hi All, Is there any way to preserve the list of trouble shooters displayed when going to Tools>Utilities>Troubleshooters. I have found that when adding a new SpectroServer to my Distributed environment, as soon as I select the new landscape from the Hide side of the GUI and move it to the Show side I lose all my troubleshooters. Is there a file somewhere that can be saved off and then restored? Running 9.1 Sp1.
