I know there is/was a NetViz connector for Spectrum and eHealth but that
appears more for adding NetViz projects from Spectrum topography. Here I
have an existing NetViz project that has been published to webview and I
simply want to construct a search URL so as to be able to display the
diagram from an event or topography object.
