Hi list
We have integrated CA spectrum 9.0 with CA SPSD r11.2 recently but we are 
unable to do configuration part by which spsd should differentiate the ticket 
is raised for server or router or link so can anyone suggest me something??


scenario is such that if ticket is raised for Router related problems then spsd 
should assign to WAN analyst 
and ticket is raised for server problems then spsd should assign to Server 
analyst


i dont know whether we have to do any configuration part in ca spectrum or spsd 
so plz suggest
