Hi Charles,

we still use NCM with ssh/scp with TACACS and it works fine. You must
define the ena-level on the TACACS Server to make sure that your ncm
user is in level 15. The main problem on config captures on cisco with
ssh/scp is, Spectrum NCM won't login by cli, instead of that Spectrum
would make a scp from the server, so ena level 15 is required.
