In 9.1, schedule the "Alarm Log: All" or "Alarm Log: Group" reports. This will show a list of all alarms generated matching date ranges and conditions specified. There will also be an alarm details link for each alarm showing acknowledge time and user, among other things. In 8.1, the "Detailed Alarm Log" reports show the information you're after, but unfortunately doesn't contain the device name. You would need to manually pair the report up to an "Outage Log" report. I have tried Report Manager but it does not seem to give the details that I need. Has one else been able to gather this type of report from Spectrum or can point me in the right direction ?
