Subject: RE:[spectrum] Weekly Alarm report with who acknowledged the alarm

Are you running 8.1 or 9.1?

In 9.1, schedule the "Alarm Log: All" or "Alarm Log: Group" reports. This will
show a list of all alarms generated matching date ranges and conditions
specified. There will also be an alarm details link for each alarm showing
acknowledge time and user, among other things.

In 8.1, the "Detailed Alarm Log" reports show the information you're after, but
unfortunately doesn't contain the device name. You would need to manually pair
the report up to an "Outage Log" report.

Subject: [spectrum] Weekly Alarm report with who acknowledged the alarm

Hello Spectrum users,
I am trying to generate a weekly report with a list of critical
and major alarms that includes when the alarms were acknowledged and by whom.
I have tried Report Manager but it does not seem to give the
details that I need. Has one else been able to gather this type of report from
Spectrum or can point me in the right direction ?
                                Thanks,
                                                Curtis Kellogg
