The security will not allow a generic user of tacacs for the spectrum, even though this user only can just reset interface. Not all devices have WR The pc of the users have very limited permissions, for example they lack of command run and I don't know if it will possible to create any script in their desktop. I don't know what would be most appropriate for your environment. * If you have the SNMP write community string, could you reset the interface through SNMP, and skip the need to login? * Could you make a TACACS user with only enough privileges to do the reset and have the script always log in as that user? * Can the users access the target devices directly from their desktops? If so, you can make the right-click menu launch the tool from their desktops, instead of from the OneClick server. (I think that tools that run on the OneClick server can only display back to the user, not accept user input.) * If you really need to prompt the user, and the tool cannot run from their desktops, you could make the script a CGI. The tool would launch it in the user's browser, where they could enter any needed information. BTW - How do you already have Spectrum 9.2?
