Hi All,

 

We are experiencing an issue that when Service Desk is bounced, the
connection to the Spectrum Oneclick is disconnected. And every time it
is necessary to go into the Spectrum Oneclick admin page, the service
desk selection and press the "Save" button in order to restore the
capability to generate tickets. Does anyone have a work around for this?
It gets quite annoying, and results in a delay in the functionality
being restored.
