I use root/root to access the DB. That should be the standard username/pw from install provided nobody's changed it afterwards.

Look in the $SPECROOT/SS/DDM/ for the configuration file of ArchiveManager and take the user and password from there. 'Administrator' is not a valid username for the mysql ddmdb.
