Oscar, Have you tried RDP'ing to the SpectroServer or the Oneclick server (assuming you have them on two different machines and that you can RDP to them) and checked the status of the Spectrum components? Before you reboot the server you should check the status of the Spectrum control panel and the status of Tomcat. If either one of them failed for any reason call CA and open a ticket before you reboot the servers so they can help you with this issue.
