Oscar,

Have you tried RDP'ing to the SpectroServer or the Oneclick server (assuming
you have them on two different machines and that you can RDP to them) and
checked the status of the Spectrum components? Before you reboot the server you
should check the status of the Spectrum control panel and the status of Tomcat.
If either one of them failed for any reason call CA and open a ticket before
you reboot the servers so they can help you with this issue.

Subject: [spectrum] Cannot access Spectrum

Hi Everybody,

I have an issue with Spectrum 8, the platform we are using is Windows 2003
Server, everything was working fine but, now we cannot access it, we have tried
all the web users and there is no access, have you seen something like that?

By the moment there is no way to reset the server, because of security access
to data center, but we´ll do in 1 hour.

Please advice.

Regards
