Is it? I've done a little reading in 5141.pdf and was surprised that it can in fact be downloaded, however, my 9.1.2 docs point me to support.concord.com, but that is not my concern. What confuses me is that my license comparison form says tnat Report Gateway Toolkit is only part of the Premium Suite - which leads me to the conclusion that everyone having Standard or Foundation licenses is not entitled to use the Report Gateway. Can anyone confirm I am wrong? It is an add-on free module that you can download from CA website, there is also admin guides you can download from the Manual's section in CA website.
