Hi Spectrum Group,

The last week I wanted to configure our Spectrum Report Manager in order 
to schedule some reports, after filled out all the information of the 
report, the SMTP failed and included the next error  message:

server error. CrystalEnterprise.Smtp: (501) 

My SMTP configuration is OK because I use it to send mails ussing Alarm 
Notifier and SANM and additionally I probed it with command line and works 
very fine, except by Report Manager.

Some one in the group has any suggestion in order to fix that issue and 
additionally why my "logo.bmp" was not displayed. 

PD: Someone knows why the "logo.bmp" is not displayed in the Internet 
Explorer but when I export the report in PDF format the logo was 
displayed, any idea?
