Hi List,
I am facing one issue with the Spectrum.
I have integrated my spectrum9.1 with the eHealth 6.1 Live exception.
I am sending the alarm notification via mail through the Alarm Notifier
module of spectrum, I have enable the Ifalias attribute in the set ,
update and clear script.
but when I received any alarm from the Nortel devices(Interfaces)
Ifalias shows garbage value, but it work fine for the cisco devices
either alarm generate through Live exception or Spectrum.
Please help me to resolve the issue.
