Hi, I'm planning to upgrade Spectrum 8.1 to 9.2 and have a question regarding Report Manager and BOXI. Currently Spectrum is installed on just one server (SpectroServer, OneClick and BOXI). As I've understood from documentation and user experience, it's best to install new BOXI and Report Manager on a separate server. I need to preserve the data from the old Spectrum. My question is which procedure should I take to upgrade Spectrum and preserve all the historical data? Maybe something like this: 1. Backup the old Spectrum (all databases). 2. Upgrade Spectrum from 8.1 to 9.2. 3. Install new BOXI, OC and Report Manager on a new server. Restore the old data. 4. Uninstall the old BOXI from the old server.
