RAM is at %85 (on this 2GB machine). Overall memory is at %29(including virtual

We use rsync to synchronize the custom directory in or DSS (from the MLS).
So there is no problem in copying everything to a new machine.
However, in order for this to work correctly - the machines should have the 
same catalog.
