[spectrum] Event and Configuration Files (Severity = Variable)

How to determine the correct files "alertmap" and "eventdisp" associated with the event "0x00010d66" (Port Lost Contact) ?   This event ($specroot\SG-Support\CsEvFormat\Event00010d66) generates (or not) an alarm associated with ModelType FrameRelayPort,  but I have not found a reference files for this. An EventDisp in CsVendor\Cabletron\ make a reference to this event. But where is the alertmap?   This event uses a variable severity. I want know how and where the event variable is catched for severity definition.
