This feature disappered and I was told that it should come back with new features. And it has! In 9.2 one can find it under $SPECHOME/Notifier along with a number of other nice cli commands. I really like the "updatealarm" comand. However, I find no doc's on how to move these binaries to a non spectrum host and make use of them.
