I haven¹t tried it myself, but another option is to use the modeling gateway to export to XML. Then you could use XSLT or a custom tool to translate that XML into Visio¹s XML format (a .vdx file). A good start would be http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa830812%28office.10%29.aspx
