$PCAUSE is the right variable, but you just want the first line of it. You
can get that with something like:

SUMMARY = `echo $PCAUSE | head -1 -`

You shouldn¹t have to read the Prob file yourself, since Notifier does this
for you. Also, by using the PCAUSE variable instead of the file, you get any
dynamic alarm titles (alarms that have set a title using attribute 0x12b4c).
