We are looking for a way to change the default SD / Spectrum ticket creation from using "alarm type" in the SD ticket creation to "alarm title". As we understand it form the integration guide we need to modify service-desk-ticket-config.xsd and service-desk-ticket-config.xml to achieve this. It appears that the default integration uses alarm attribute 0x11f50 "alarm type" and we would like to change that to alarm title. Does anyone know the alarm attribute for "alarm title" and where we would change that at?
