Just use the search „Switch Link Ports“ which is specified in the factory-shipped file policy-search-criteria-spectrum.xml and the setting “Live Pipes” which is included in the file policy-settings-spectrum.xml. Tie these two up into a new rule and policy, voila. Hope that gives you a starting point.
