Just some basic stuff to check and then some questions since we will need more 
details to help: 

1) If the report will not show up in your browser window then schedule the 
report and have it emailed to you or try and get it from the main login screen 
that lists ran reports. 
2)  Try running the report with IE6/7 if you are using a different browser than 
IE already. 
3) Does the report give an error message in your browser window of any sort? 
4)  Are you running an alarm report with any include/exclude filters if so turn 
them off and run the report again. 
5)  What type of alarm report are you running and are you running it on a gc, 
specific models etc? 
6)  What version of Spectrum/SRM/BOXI are you running? 
7)  What platform are you running on? 
8)  Do you see any errors in the tomcat log, mysql log or any other log file in 
SRM? 
9)  Were there any issues during installation, you can check the Install logs 
for this? 
10)  Check your CPU/MEM/load etc on that server, if the I/O is pinned or 
anything else you may have scaling issues. 
11)  How many models do you have across your environment? 
12)  Were you every able to run an alarm report, did something happen like an 
upgrade previous to this issue occuring?
