Is there any reason why we can not post known bugs to this mailing list?

I have one recent case with CA where engineering has produced a fix. It
affects spectrum 9.x (H13+).

NO, This is something that has been addressed at every Annual Spectrum user
group meeting. Lately held at CA world. However, that information as well as
access to the internal problem database has been ignored. Christian has done a
wonderful job in adding as much as he can to the Wiki. But this is something
only CA can provide access to.

Other vendors have "software alerts" or a web page you can review showing known
outstanding bugs and if a patch has been released for them.

Does CA have something like that for Spectrum and/or eHealth?

I read the release notes of the current patch levels to get a clue as to what
was fixed, but is there anything else that shows bugs that are being worked on?
