Hi Raj, You should do it with Event Rate Rule. In OC open Event Configuration, find event which repeating frequently and create event rule -> Event Rate, where you can specify frequency (Occurrences N) in specific time interval (for example: 1 hour). If your alarm repeat for example 10 times in 1 hour, you can generate new alarm (you can create your own event) and define Severity to Critical.
