Hi List,
I'm wondering if anyone has ever experienced this error
with southbound gateways:
Device <device> of type Host_Device - Error processing event
0xfff0***** - Details: Event was already processed by another
southbound gateway model, to avoid loop it will be
dropped <!--xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx-->Aug 5, 2010 8:56:15 AM EDT <device>
0x3dc0000
This seems to be happening 60% of the time which is causing our groups
to miss alerts.
If you have ever experienced this issue what have you done to resolve the issue?
also
How am I able to find out which southbound gateway model is creating the loop?
