Hello,

 

I was wondering if anyone had any advice for exporting alarm info into
Remedy? What I was thinking was somehow creating a custom menu item
where the helpdesk can right click on an alarm and Spectrum could create
a csv file using alarmnotifier and hand it to Remedy for an auto-ticket.
Our vendor wants $20k to make this work but our Remedy department says
they can do everything if we can just hand them a simple text file with
the device name, time, and alarm info. Has anyone integrated Remedy in a
similar way or have any other suggestions? Thanks in advance for any
help.
