I had this same problem.  I had a ticket open with support who told me that 
during the installation, you will see a screen concerning the migration of the 
SRM database.  It will prompt for a system name, login and password.  I was 
told to NOT fill it out.  Once I did that it seemed to go ok.  The downside to 
this is I had to sacrifice my existing data from the reporting system and 
rebuild it all.  I didn't have a lot of scheduled reports or anything and 
didn't care about the history, so I pushed ahead.  However, had I had to have 
preserve the history, I would have never upgraded to 9.2 and waited for a bug 
fixed release where I could import all my data in.  I am not a fan of the new 
reporting, it's not as user friendly if you ask me.

Hi all,

We are trying to upgrade oneclick server from 9.1.3 ro 9.2 but it always fail 
when we upgrade BOXI from 2.0 and 3.0 and we go back back to 9.1.3 for the last 
3 tries, BOXI never installs properly and we go back to previous version (BOXI 
services do n ot start and we cannot login to oneclick), your feedbacks and 
experience will be appreciated to upgrade from 9.1.3 to 9.2 with the BOXI from 
2.0 to 3.0. We really stuck between we go to 9.2 and come back 9.1.3 again, is 
this too difficult to do we could not understand. Thank you
