After 2 long days of trying to get OneClick and Report Manager working, I finally got to the point where I had no more install errors and I've installed OneClick and BOXI on 2 different machines. I am trying now to get the integration working and when I test it gives the following error message: Unable to connect to BOXI: Communication error occurred when trying to connect to server 10.9.128.44:6400 (FWM 01009) There is no reference about errors happening there and no idea why this is happening. Been checking the status of BOXI machine and I can see something on TCP port 6400 but the status is "TIME_WAIT" and the PID is 0. Obviously BOXI is not listening on port 6400 and I have no idea what to do. Been thinking to open a ticket about this but it will take more than a week to get a solution ... as usual ... :\ Any suggestions are welcome.
