Hi List, Has anyone tried this (SS only)?
I'd like to share my experiences with you in case it is useful for anyone. Initially when I tried to run the install I got an error during the host eval; Error: Running userconf 14001. The application has failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect I reset the processd password and rebooted. On trying to start SCP it would flash up and exit (this was a problem as I knew that the SpectroServer.exe was still running) I used CmdC to stop the SS and re-ran the upgrade installation. (Wish I had set it not to autostart before I started the upgrade!) The install was successful and after doing a post install reboot everything started as expected. Hotfix 01 and the PTF H0104 installed without any problems However, for the One-Click server the Hotfix 01 install has not yet been successful as TomCat will no longer start (it did before when I had upgraded to 9.2) so if anyone out there has any similar experiences and has a fix I'd be glad to hear.
