Hello, In Spectrum 9.x there is an option called "Data Retention Policy". I don't know, if Spectrum 8.1 has this option too. You should find this option under the Preferences Link. When setting this parameter to "purge", Spectrum will delete the data after the days setting up in the fields "Data Retention Period (days) - Transformed Tables" and "Data Retention Period (days) - Event Table".

In Archive Expert, there are two options: Enable Archive Processing and Retention Periode. If Enable is False, the data are kept forever in the reporting database. If Enable is True, the data older than Retention are moved to archive database. So, the data are never purged from disk and take a lot of space (98 Go after 10 months for me). Howto to really purge the data from SRM ? What is the use of the archive database? Is there a Spectrum tools to display the data or is up to the user?
