They're not yet fully certified and are probably being discovered as GCiscoDV or worse, GSNMPDv.
What I did on our 9.2 HF02 install is discover by type of NXOS. You'll get the incorrect model type message so just lock the device type down and clear the alarm. When discovered with the NXOS type you can collect the configs. We've got a couple other NXOS devices that I can't collect from but what I described above is working for our 5000s.
