[spectrum] Minor assist needed - Alarms on link may be down - away from manuals and consoles

Have a Spectrum 8.1 system and we are getting "link may be down" alarms
when one of the devices at the end of the link temporarilty loses management
agent - I need to change the link alarming to only alert on the link, not
the ports on the other end.
Racking my brains trying to remember which attribute or setting to change to
set this in place
