Hi Anyone out there using Spectrum or eHealth (or anything else for that matter) to monitor Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal (CVP)? If so can you advise of what you are doing and the usefulness of this please?
I understand the CVP agent supports Mib2, Host Resources and the Cisco CVP mib and I was wondering if there was specific value in importing the CVP mib or whether sufficient value could be obtained with the others as they are available out of the box.
