Hello Thomas, try to verify the MIB on http://www.simpleweb.org/ietf/mibs/validate/ You will get a lot of error messages.

I verified that the mib will read with the free version of iReasoning MIB BROWSER - with no problems. When compiling in Spectrum 9.1.2 I get the following error. Could not parse the file UPTIME-ROOT-MIB. Couldn't resolve these sequence constructs : { shproContactEntry } Which appears to be more of a logic problem than a syntax problem.
