I have a customer process that is currently manually monitored every 15 
minutes. 
by polling the device.  Any docs on what exactly the poll does.  via clicking 
in 
ONe click.  The device is polled by spectrum every 3 minutes.  But for some 
reason the only way to determine the process is broke is by the manually poll.  
Just looking for a point in the right direction.
