Hi All,

As of now, we are monitoring the end-to-end router ports for link monitoring. 
But when there is a problem in physical link, we are not getting alerts. Please 
suggest the options in spectrum for End-to-End link monitoring.

You could disable the Single Sign-On Configuration on your Spectrum while the 
EEM is down.
