Subject: [spectrum] Policy to stop processing Link Down traps for FastEthernet
interfaces

Greetings all,

I recently upgraded to Spectrum 9.2 (Windows) and now we are being bombarded
with Communication Link Down alerts from FastEthernet interfaces. I've tried
setting the "AlarmOnLinkDownTrap" attribute (0x11fc2) to "Never", and also made
sure the "Poll Port Status" attribute is set to "No", however Spectrum is still
processing link Down Traps on the FastEthernet interfaces. What am I
overlooking? Does anyone have a Policy to disable the alerting of Link Up/Down
traps for FastEthernet interfaces that they would share with me?

Regards,
Brad
